Why are so many leaving the Dynasty?

Because they don't fit in with the Amgen culture.

Think back to high school. The absolute goobers who played French horn, had acne and couldn't successfully pull off a jumping jack. That's the hiring profile. Walk around TO. We are a nerd fest. Revenge of the nerds.

We are smarter than you football players, you lacrosse bro's, you homecoming queens. We run things. Not you.

And we get our revenge any time we can.

No. The best time we had was getting amgen off of our resume and cleaning house selling Otezla for years. That paved the street for us to get base salary bumps north of 20%, sign on bonuse and double dipping quarterly bonuses because amgen pays your due bonuses even if you aren’t employed.

I am leaving in January. Want to ensure I get the Q3 payout on Dec 20th but I start my with my HS job on January 6th.

This place blows. It was one thing to remove AM and then sideline BJ, but when you took away my RBMs, I realized the fix was in. Now, I have no one to ask questions to and get things done. I have to go through a triage to even get the NBM to even see my legit question. My DM is very against me asking anything about the data. She would rather she do it and says I should focus on my cross functional skills. Her big thing is being "intentional" in everything we do. Set up em up with HIQs and then close hard! She's such a fake and does my coaching guides virtually.

Can't wait for Dec 20 so I can resign later that day.

Give me a break. I'm a drug rep. I deserve no such thing. I provide information about the safety and efficacy of my drug and share experiences about where it might make sense. Nothing more. I deserve nothing. Sounds like sales training spews outta the mouth.

No one closes in Pharma. The only people who think closing works aren't in sales and most likely spent only a few months there. IF they are honest about their experiences, they know no one closes. It will get you kicked out.

Previous leadership knew this. Current leadership is only selling up. DM to RSD. RSD to ED. ED to GM. On and on.

I know 2016 isn't coming back, but we are running a primary care model and playbook from 2002. Pure Merck/JNJ primary care reach and frequency.

My DM is hated everywhere and couldn't get into a single office if not for me. Prime example of what comes out of the leadership school. True believers.
 






The amgen drone managers are fantastic. So great that they ran my manager, along with 4 others, out of town.

I can’t wait to hear their brilliance next year at our NSM. I heard they have something special. Something we’ve never talked about before. Scalp and nails. Best part? We are going to cross pollinate eerrr collaborate with bone health and discuss how Maritide makes people’s bones brittle.
