Not only that, we make lots more than you newbees and that makes it difficult to leave needless to say the benefits which include vacation, pension and 401k...we have lots more to lose than youl....you idiot!

The ones that work hard, dont stab, do their jobs, and try to do an honest job are the first to go because in pharmaceuticals and most sales careers in general you have to be good at walking over people and being a sneaky prick.
