Why are so many employees leaving Novartis?

What's up? Why are managers, reps and other employees leaving Novartis like flies? The latest I heard was that TONY PERKINS (by the way he looks like the guy from psycho the movie) is leaving Novartis!

people leave , people come , only the strong or those of us with a good sense of humor survive long live the swiss empire!!!

[/ QUOTE ]Or the ones with no talent, and can't get a job anywhere else...usually the good ones are the first to leave.

No you idiot...hate to burst your inexperienced bubble but those of us that have been around and have survived is due to the fact we are flexable and change with the times. Not only that, we make lots more than you newbees and that makes it difficult to leave needless to say the benefits which include vacation, pension and 401k...we have lots more to lose than youl....you idiot!

1. The whole industry thinks other companies people are worth more money.

2. People rise to their level of incompetance, then go somewhere where they haven't been figured out yet.

3. The grass is always greener.

4. It is better to quit before you have a bad trimester and are fired.

They are gripping because Novartis is no longer able to support the Zelnorm product line because they cannot sell any more of the Picasso's that were stolen from the jews during WWII.

Hey asswipe, I've been here since you were sharing your momma's tit with the Maytag man. What is untrue or bad about my post? This place was way better when reps had opinions and management listened. What's so wrong with that? Go give your core messages, I'll follow you and laugh with the doctor at your ignorance.

hey you asshole i've been around ten years have been known to be a survivor and i make plenty , and by the way if you leave you get to take most of your retirement benefits with you, all i was saying is that its a reality in todays pharma industry that people dont stay long any more in fact if you look close it's probably discouraged at least from the perspective of remaining a highly seasoned professional territory rep if you stay in one place too long these days the way we're measured is constantly changing and the way territories are religned goals reset products re assigned you're bound to get caught in a cross fire and get fired or leave because the situation changes... i just thought i'd simplify the concept as - people come, people go

[/ QUOTE ] All you have to do is look at Monster.com to see how happy everyone is at Novartis. What's the tenure and turnover in your district? Is anyone still here that you went to training with? You're fooling yourself if you think your "survival" time won't run out. I've seen people stripped of their Cornerstone status for a bad trimester. When a company culture places no value on people, good people leave because they know they can do better somewhere else. The people that stay, often stay because they're stuck. Stock options are vested! Wake up and smell the coffee! I truly cannot believe you've been here 10 years - that has to be total BS. This place sucks.

The actions of Novartis seem to be of a company that has absolutely no direction, and is feeling desparate. Will take time to get the right people in the right positions, if ever, since this is an overseas company. Bail!!!

Many people leave Novartis because they are forced to leave. They are put on PIPs when their ranking drops in the lower 3rd. You also don't want to get on the bad side of Bill Spelta. If you're not positive with the guy at all times, he will find a way to get rid of you. Don't ever tell him how you really feel. Big mistake. He also has B.O. Needs to take a bath.

Because they don't feel like running into their collective 217 counterparts out in the field... so they go home and enjoy the numbers that probably go up from there being less reps bothering the docs!

This job is a joke.

Thank god I am OUT!!! as of today!!!!

They are a Swiss Nazi bank. What more do you need to know?
Is Novartis antisemitic?

Oh no. Another cry baby Jew making this all about them. And just how did The Jews acquire all this EUROPEAN art in the first place? By slithering their way into the all the banks (see Greenspan) and robbing people blind. Read your history, idiot, Not what the Jew owned media tells you but ALL of your history! There is a reason the Jews are hated everywhere. And no, I'm not a Muslim. They're not loved either, but for different reasons.
