If it's is such a great place to work, why is everyone leaving? Why is the word out there that the culture is toxic, senior leadership is terrible, and managers & reps have/will be leaving as soon as they get their offers? If it is such a great place to work why the need to offer a retention bonus to entice people to stay? Why the threatening letters sent to those that have already left?Seems to me if it was a great place to work all this things would be different. Concerning.
