You know what's amazing...watching all you clowns finally start to see the forest through the trees at this joke of a company. Out of all of the "device" companies out here, hell out of all companies in general, DJO is an absolute joke, they pay pennies, they have products that are going the way of the dinosaur and so many people are here always trying to defend it.
I have never seen so many conveniently blind people in my life. Wake up and smell the coffee folks, this is a SINKING SHIP. GET OFF!
No offense to the ASR reps, but I don't think they are the experts in how revenue is calcuated. Go to the source, talk to Finance or Sales Ops to find out how revenue is calculated.
you're such an idiot jackass - tell us what companies aren't a joke?
You must be about as smart as Andrew wiener or Elliot spritzer or maybe the infamous "I created the internet" al gore
Wait you're even dumber im thinking you're the guy who doesn't even work here anymore how sad and pathetic it has to be posting on your former employers CF site....get help man

Spoke with someone internally yesterday evening and they confirmed how a $0 file is being averaged into out AFV. Basically it's why our revenue and comissions are plummeting even though our RSA's are trending upward. My wife is pulling our paperwork we sign showing how we get paid commission wise and our non compete. Then we are taking it to our family friend who is an attorney to have him look things over. I will keep you posted.

I'm assuming that you must be an inside rep, because as a TM, I know that isn't. And yes, I do have a degree!
For the jackass that thinks a degree matters.....I'm better educated than you are (MBA) and it's a useless waste of $$$$ unless it's company paid.
Stop spewing your negative BS here. Actually I'm pretty sure I speak for your family when I say stop spewing your negative BS at home too. Please get some professional help ok?
MBA huh? And you are still there why?
Coping With Negative Coworkers Who Drain Your Energy: Limit your time alone with negative coworkers. This one of the most important ways to cope with people who drain your energy: put as much space between you and them as possible. Both physical and emotional space counts! This means not sitting next to them at meetings, not carpooling with them, and not having lunch with them. AND NOT READING THEIR CF POSTS!
Spend time with coworkers who fill you with energy. Right after you spend time with a coworker who drains your energy, seek someone who fills you back up again. Maybe you need to make a quick phone call to a friend or family member, or walk down the hall to a colleague’s office. Coping with negative people is much easier when you deliberately and immediately “fill the gap” they left.

This is so true, and such a great reminder to everyone. I personally experienced this with one of my coworkers. I couldn't figure out why I was so angry and bitter all the time. Then when that person eventually was fired and I no longer encountered them regularly, I realized one day how much happier and less stressed I was, even though I was just as busy. I thought back to what had changed in my life that could have turned my attitude around so much and realized that the only thing that was different was that this one person was not dragging me down into this deep dark hole everyday by constantly complaining to me about how horrible life, and work, was. I learned a lot from that and now distance myself from the Negative Nellies and surround myself with successful people. If you stop and think about successful people in your life, or in business, sports, anything really, the things that they all have in common that have made them successful are attitudinal characteristics. Positivity, Self-motivation, ethics & integrity, willingness to fail, vision, tenacity, enthusiasm, the list goes on.
