Do not complaint about the imorality, the injustice and the failures. Find yourself within you, ask yourself what you can do better. If that means you need to leave, do it. If that means you speak out and that will get you fired, do it. No one at this place is working to take care of you, they are her to take care of themselves. Some amy be little too immaute and some are sleeping with peers and reps. They did not invent this at Genoptix, they have been doing it all along, all their career. Genoptix HR allowed this, Tina, Burt, Sam, Chris, Lindsay and the rest only took care of themselves. There was this girl Robin who slept with anyone she could find and Tina promoted her as Director of Sales. It is up to you to accept this and suffer or move on. Do not waste time on this blog all day, all night bitching and moaning. Just move on and help yourself. If you have something solid, sue their ass, if you do not, find another job and move on. You are tiring and almost annoying
