Who will KK bring in for ZD positions?

I'm hearing one of the big wigs from B&L was lined up to take over down south but went "off the cuff" during the interview with Perry and ended up losing his opportunity. Not sure if anything is changing now down south but just praying this crew doesn't decide to bring in that space cowboy Martin.
 












Had heard about the goings-on with Martin down south. But listen man...he is wise beyond his years. That guy has seen some shit in his life. Not sure if Shire could offer an ample stipend to compensate for his experiences in any case.

There has also been a lot of rumblings of a new guy out West who brings some solid management experience and first-hand patient care on the resume. His name is Matt (something or other). From what I hear he rises fast in every organization he's ever been a part of?? Don't know what they are hearing out there but with the passing of the legendary senior director Eric Lynch...everyone has been scrambling to pass the torch to the right person. Tough markets out west!!

When you say "off the cuff" are you referring to his constant ranting about earning a decent wage?
 






Precisely...the guy HAS and ALWAYS WILL bitch about his pay...publicly. Who needs it? If I was KK I would send this guy Martin back to wherever he came from. I think it's Oquatanginwann, WI...not sure??

This guy Riley Martin would wipe the floor with Jerry Totty. He's literally managed all over the universe...we're talking way out of Totty's league! Martin in beyond global...speaks multiple languages, has a symbols business, and I believe a talk-show. Putting Martin up against Totty would be like putting KK up against Meg Whitman...Totty just doesn't have the experiences man.
 






I think Denise Miller could do some fantastic things here. She's got a solid reputation for swallowing the competition. Could really drive sales here. No less than 14% growth.
 






I definitely think that Mark Shaw Jr. is a great leader he is, and would be a great asset to this company he would. As far as Martin goes, I feel with the help of Tan, he could easily cover the whole US by himself, and things of this nature.
 






This is confirmed...JD taking over east coast. Spoke to one of his reps yesterday. Guy seems like a nightmare. Rep said all the guy does is mumble and has them do webcam conference calls. The real kicker is he refers to himself as "da badass".

Who is JD? He headed up training for a bit but was then pushed out. Got in some trouble as he was known as the "script doctor" if you know what I mean. He was vindicated in the end. The guys a real talent...doesn't surprise me that they're taking him out west.

I agree that Mark S is good but in no way is he more qualified than Jon Coktoasten. That's just my opinion though.
 












The thing everyone is forgetting about Mark Shaw is that he is from New England and not open to relocation for any ZD job. Now if PS or KK could persuade him to jump into a brand position then there may be some hope as Lexington is about 5 hours south of his home.

The other 2 names that have started to surface are Eric Bleaman and Ron Mund...both NYC guys...very accomplished! They both have a tremendous amount of experience in turning around organizations.
 






None of you know shit about what really is going to happen! My sources from Chesterbrook told me that that the deal has already been made with an old B&L manager named Mike DelCampo. He was soured when their ophthalmology division took an odd turn into the dry eye's arena but stuck around. Although he is from Upstate NY he has some ties with TJ out in Pittsburgh. I think if she gives him the greenlight then he is golden!!

Stupid analysis?? Look here fuck-stick...I'm the only person who really knows what's going on with this change. And you you should be a little more concerned about our future leaders. God-forbid they bring in Gary Loudermilk because if that happens we are all screwed. That guy can hardly do simple math let alone spell the word "conquerer".
