Yes it was warranted. As most know, there was a remains, a culture of discrimination at Galderma toward women, especially pregnant women and working moms. There is a similar situation going on in the East.
 








The lack of diversity and fairness is a disgrace at Galderma. If you are not a white guy or a women without kids you have no chance of upward mobility. They are also not fond of those who take their religion seriously either.
 




They don't want women with kids because they need people to work more than 4 hours a day!

Uh, yeah because ALL the guys at Galderma work SOOOO hard. It's a pathetic boys club for fat, lazy idiots who were beat up in high school and now think they are a big deal. BJ is a perfect example of this. What a joke.

L.C. you should always avoid a woman with a moustache.She pushes vendors for kickbacks. She was the cause of major changes in finance following the nestle audit. she is ineffective and her staff either loathe her or leave. Yet they keep her their.
 




Thanks HR you people in HR from JM to KG are the biggest phonies and will be glad to be FF and BJ hatchet people do not trust them and keep every email and every piece of paper from these people. Cannot trust them period

My Manager was not receptive to me being a working Mom. She did not allow me to be home with my sick child who had 104 temperature (my husband had to take up the slack). I was under constant scrutiny for the most minor things. She is not well liked or received by most individuals but upper management is blind to her true nature. I was warned about her on my first day to watch my back. In my fifteen year career, she was the worst Manager. The person above her thinks he is the big man on campus and rubbed me the wrong way.


I left after less than two years of working at Galderma (luckily my previous job took me back). This was the worst professional working experience. I was the 4th person to leave the Medical Affairs department in one month.
 








The culture and the leadership has gone to hell and a hand basket ever since FF took the place over. In every department the quality people had been replaced and literally been kicked out of the company forced to retire and or if they had not been at retirement age they had been pushed out and replaced by a bunch of self centered people that only cared about themselves not even their respective departments and or the company and the employees. It started with FF and was perpetuated and supported by incompetent yes men and women drones reporting to FF both in HR Legal and other departments. if you crossed them or had a counter view they made sure you found your way out of the company and the rest of us are left to sit here and suffer and wonder what happened to a once great place to work. Now we have a toxic environment in every department and the people who caused a lot of this are still here or had been promoted to ex pat positions over to France and Switzerland, Even after FF is gone. I still remember the Code of Ethics rolled out and how these people claim they live by them. I do not think so you are not allowed to speak out and have a counter view and if you do they will make up things or simply hide behind the employment at will in Texas and kick you out. I cannot wait to get out of this place.
