90% of the people are toxic and will bring you down in a heartbeat for ANYTHING just to make themselves feel better for a few hours and to divert attention from their own weaknesses and failings.
 












Thanks HR you people in HR from JM to KG are the biggest phonies and will be glad to be FF and BJ hatchet people do not trust them and keep every email and every piece of paper from these people. Cannot trust them period
 








She is poison for the company. Worst HR person and she is going to keep costing the company money and fines. Why she is not the one let go is beyond me and she is the reason a lot of good people got railroaded out of the company. She will make up and say anything about anybody to get them fired especially if they are over 40. Most unethical person ever to grace our company. She should be the one let go not the people she is targeting constantly. Does it surprise anyone that we are making less money less profit and the people that built the company are either targeted and or let go? I do not see the company growing or getting better, yet she is still here.

LOL - Most?? like who? The mad scientist who cant stay awake or the other one who cant grasp the complicated science of a zit?
Marketers who have never launched a drug before, or lawyers who are suddenly experts in everything everyone else does for a living?

So many people out of their league it aint funny, so they cover with hostility and subversion.

They dont just throw you under the bus, they back it up and repeat the process.

So, there might be like...TWO people who arent toxic. And they are so scared for their jobs they keep their mouths shut.

Avoid this place. As soon as I can move the family, I'm outta here.
 








Galderma had to pay a huge fine in California because of its discriminatory practices toward women. Multiple former female employees were given settlements. Since then, 5 male DMs have resigned, been terminated, or reassigned out of the state as a result.
 




I have noticed that they seem to push out anybody that is in their mid 40s as well. Seems like they do not want people who have been here for most of their careers to retire and get potential health care benefits in retirement. Some exceptions but for the most part this crap about having a long term career here is very much up in the air. They used to sell us on the fact you could retire early at 55 with health care benefits. However, now they seem that anyone who gets close to that is usually shown the door for very trivial and or questionable reasons. What the hell did Bill do and some others?

The reality of how these people treat employees and or support people when there are conflicts is beyond me.
