NNI is good to go regarding the WARN Act. It only requires them to give a 60-day notice. Therefore, I believe the job cuts will be 1000 plus employees.
If the NNI Time Line is to announce the New Plan end of August. Implement the Reductions 1st of October. New Plan goes into effect December. So people who are remaining with Company will be ready to go January 2021! People who are let go 1st of October is given 30-60 days before termination. I think NNI is good to go on following any regulations to prevent lawsuits.
