Who stays...who goes

Does anyone have any insight as to what criteria for who stays and who goes? This should leak out as well. It will give a lot of people time to look for other jobs. Thanks!

The criteria will be last three years performance ratings, proximity to center of new geography, learning agility, and tenure.

Everyone goes but you!
Your going to be the one!
Meanwhile a conversation at the dinner table on the Titanic, "Let the lifeboats go, we will be fine. Pass the water, there pretzels are making me thirsty, oh say did you hear the one about the monkey, the elephant and the gay guy HaHaHa"

Thanks. 2011, 2010, and 2009. Composite average or every "1" must go? I wonder how much tenure will come into play in the decision. Geography sounds interesting, but with the new territories drawn, it might be different than we think.

According to head of HR on One Health New it says

Distance to customers and territories
Overlap of old and new customers
Performance of the last 3 years
Tenure

I wonder if that is in order of importance

If you are not trained on all products, looks like that will be a bad thing

What is overlap with old and New customers???

It means customers you currently call on vs. customers in your new Portfolio alignment.
To me this sounds like if you currently have Reclast and EXP all things being considered you may have a better shot as the customer model will revolve more heavily around these brands.
Yes, there will be Exforge, but I know reps that are only selling Exforge and Diovan now. If you don't have say OBG's and Neuros along with some of the high EXP targets now you may be in trouble

THIS IS ONLY MY GUESS SO DON'T JUMP ALL OVER IT....either agree or disagree

Tenure won't save you unless you are rural and area won't get covered. The more years and higher pension puts a big target on your back. Find a new job during the sixty days that they will give you, and don't start the new job until you have extracted every penny from Novartis. BTW hoard vacation time they will have to pay you for it.

Yea well everyone keeps focusing on the 60 days......if i go I am getting 4.5 months on top of the 60 so I am getting paid till October 15th in theory.....I will find a new job by then...no worries

You only get 22 weeks max. Your not going to get 2 weeks for every year if it goes over the 22 weeks. It's 2 weeks for every year up to 22 weeks.

no they said Minimum 20 weeks then 2 weeks for every Completed year with the company MAX 70 weeks look it up on the Intranet and don't spread rumors that are untrue!

Exactly up to 70....I love the douche bags that are getting anything more than 60 days telling tenure what we are getting......and I bet I get a job when I am ready faster than you as well....GUARANTEED!

Ok- I'm confused. Is it min 20 weeks Plus 2 weeks for every year completed. Or just 20 week min unless you've completed over 10 years than its 3 weeks per completed years.

Is this right. I've been here 6 years... So would I get 20 total or 20 plus 12.??

I think you will get 20 weeks total. The other thinking wouldn't make sense. It would be great but I think you're 20 weeks. :-/

Jessica Colón! Whooo, bye bye baby, won't miss you! You never cared about PR, it was always about you, where was your "coffee", meet in restaurants so you could eat! Hope never, ever see you again. You're a joke! Nobody ever respected you or ever cared about you.

20 weeks min
Plus 2 weeks per completed year ie 6 yrs = 12 weeks

20+12=32 weeks total
plus the 60 days paid which are Months April and May (8 weeks)
for you equals 40 weeks

not bad! I still want my job, but it is not bad!!!!
