I have worked in the industry over 20 years. The only manager that I would honestly classify as a tyrant was Robert Gilbert of Oklahoma.

I would most definitely disagree. Emma is fixing the situation she inherited by the total fool ANDREW WITTY. He is the one who brought in the Lilly folks who were so inept, and also was behind the China debacle that his close friend Riley was promoting. No wonder Witty has moved to the customer side.

You cannot fix the mess she inherited overnight...........things seem to be looking up as she has people in place who know what to do.
