Who is the most Passionate rep (about the job) you ever knew

Passion? This industry sucks the life right out of you. Independent thinkers not allowed. If they would treat us like sales professionals and let us do our job we'd be much more motivated and energized to be passionate.

But as it stands we are bogged down in minutia that adds nothing our ability to sell. Most senior and middle management is so out of touch with our reality they add nothing to the selling process.

This job is a paycheck and nothing more.

Looks like nothings changed in the last 20 years.

The game's still the same only the players have changed.

The game has totally changed you dumbass
And the rep of the 2000s is a waste of customer time (not the reps fault its the game)
you are a fucking idiot

Couldn't agree with you more. Fat ass crooks at HQ come up with all sorts of electronic gizmos to keep track of reps and the time they keep, and then turn around and declare, "you're all empowered"!! Just enough rope to hang yourself with. The game has totally changed, and we are no longer allowed to be a resource or be resourceful!!
