I actually liked Andy and wish him and his family well. But there are many who will be exposed as the crappy leaders they are now that he is not here to protect them. Who is in deep crap now that Andy is gone?
Brian Krebs. Reasons are many. Most of all, he doesn't work well with people and his great skill was kissing Andy's ass.
Isnt the entire sales force in trouble with the spokesperson gone? Maybe he didn't agree to a dramatic reorganization of the SF and was asked to leave.
If he didn't then he should be gone. Anyone with half a brain can see there are too many people out here. The sales force has been telling him this for years at his town halls.Isnt the entire sales force in trouble with the spokesperson gone? You're a fool if you thought he had our backs for one second. The ONLY thing he cared about was how many people he had underneath him. Sure, that meant he was always eager to add more, but he would have been the first to stick the knife in your back the second it was him or you. If you think he fell on the sword for us, you are dreaming.Isnt the entire sales force in trouble with the spokesperson gone? We are. We ALL are in deep sh*#! "New talent" is replacing Andy. Someone who has a pair of balls y'all. Don't you get it. NNI knows we can't survive as a company doing things the same way. Dougs exact words were "It's clear that our approach to the market needs to change" Heads are going to roll. Hang onto your hats, it's going to be a bumpy ride.
People = Power
More People = More Power.
This is all you need to know to understand corporate philosophy that some ascribe to.
You will soon begin to see the fallout from this sham of a structure. Let's hope we will get back to actually selling and business instead of this crazy era of fifiedom building.
Uh-oh! Storm comin'!!! See them black clouds on the horizon?
"A new approach to marketing"... I wonder what that means??? Could you be a bit more specific Doug?
The time to really get nervous is when/if the phrase "survival of the company" starts to get thrown around by execs. That's executive speak for "We gotta pull out all the stops! And QUICK!"
I can hear them sharping the axe on the grindstone now.... Storm comin'.
