Of course they hit goal,they have so much turnover and people quitting that their quotas keep getting lowered and are attainable, oh and I love how the regional manager there got fired , I mean, asked to quit so they didn't have to fire her. LOL

Seriously, nobody makes quota here after the first year. Very true that when someone quits and you take over the territory, the quota is lowered to what the territory is actually doing and then you can make quota for a short time..maybe a year or so. After that, you're in the same boat as everyone else and can't make quota and you have to quit or be fired and so the circle of new people continues!
