Are many people hitting their quota numbers? This new plan was just a band aid and its the same amount of money just different format. The summer months always kill me and I'm not close to plan. This number is attainable in fall months but not summer. Tired of struggling every summer. My territory is so damn small. Please no idiotic responses.

Same story every Summer. Those Fall numbers will be double what they are now. The ZOLL quotas were made to not be achieved. Don't be a fool.

They are! It's actually closer to 80 percent goal attainment and growing. This company gets it!!

Per our last Conference Call with BG it was more like 47%
Considering we were sitting between 25-35% prior to the "revision" of the comp plan you could say this is an "improvement"
However, it's likely similar to the "improvement" in turnover (20% decrease in 4 months.. sure!)

I'm not hitting goal and until they give me an attainable goal, I will sit on my couch watching ESPN and handle orders from home. I'm willing to work for cash but not for just my base. They got the comp

Iam at 105% to plan. Top 10 nationally.

A healthy quota plan has 65-70% of the sales force hitting their number. We're not there so we're not healthy.
