Who is hiring? Abandon sinking ship!

What are your top 5 reasons for leaving vs staying? Do you think we are just going to be laid off or are you just burnt out? I’m thinking this through for myself as well.

Seeing how we’re 3 months post launch, I don’t personally think layoffs would be in the works yet...but what do I know. I’m here and not planning to leave mostly because I still think this thing has a chance albeit slim. Does that make me Dumb or Dumber?

It is wishful thinking unfortunately. As time extends without infusion locations, it will be easier for hospitals to rationalize not coming onboard. The demand just isn't there. The company really screwed us.

Our only hope is that 217 Phase 3 clinical trial data is extremely positive and comes out by end of Q4. With a priority NDA review we could receive approval as soon as July 2020. Of course this is all wishful thinking . Even better scenario, 217 P3 data comes out and boom... we are swooped up by big biotech and we at least reap the rewards of our stock options and maybe we even get to stay on board with the takeover company to launch 217. I’m hanging in long enough to wait for 217 Phase 3 data, are you???

I agree with your logical thinking here, but don't believe 217 will be out that soon. So the decision will be to decide if you want to stay for a year or more of this pure hell. There are much better companies out there that don't babysit and treat their employees with dignity and respect. The culture is toxic and its becoming intolerable to work here, especially with the overly aggressive and out-of-line compliance department. They are insanely rigid, overly micromanage, and consistently breed distrust. Where is the great culture they promised and never delivered? They don't have a clue to what they are doing here. You can't even get business cards in this place. For a company to worry so much about a new company logo versus more important things is shocking. Yet they continue to hire and promote, which is very disturbing. You can keep your t-shirt and btw, that straw? Prone to bacteria and mold. Enough said.

“H.C. Wainwright analyst Douglas Tsao initiated coverage of Sage Therapeutics with a Neutral rating and $160 price target. The analyst says that while Sage shares have pulled back from earlier highs, the risk/reward is still not favorable into the readout of SAGE-217's Mountain trial for major depressive disorder. He's confident SAGE-217 comes to market, but thinks the sedation and somnolence caused by the drug could have negative commercial implications. In the near term, Tsao sees only 10% upside from successful Mountain readout, "though downside could be as great as 20-30% without strong results.”
