Well He has never been on stage before so it would be his very first time! It’s very difficult to get there when you are in last place I would think. I think Kestra hired a rep in WV, that’s good news you can’t get any further down than last place!

WV is the laughing stock of the area. It’s well known he favors two reps Jay Bird and the Huntington rep. The rest of his region laughs at him behind his back. It’s well known across the entire sales force!
 






The WV RM is terrible. When is the last time his region made plan? That guy has never won anything. Jay Bird the Charleston, WV rep also NEVER makes his number either. He has taken the top account in their region and area and driven it into the ground. He loves to hunt though. Have you watched his videos? He posted all kinds of stuff while we were all suffering at ASM he stayed home to hunt. Just curious how was that rep their MVP last year? Oh we all know how! it’s because Jay Bird and the RM are a best buds. No wonder the team has no respect for either of them.

Listen. Jay Bird is management material as is and has the potential to be a company leader. Whatever petty, personal gripe you have is just that… Petty and Personal. So do yourself a favor, man up and say it to Jay Bird or JB’s face and see what happens.
 






I would think someone who is “management material” would come to the ASM like the rest of us and not stay home and hunt.
I would also think someone who is “management material” would make plan at least occasionally that guy has not ever made plan or been promoted. Everyone else is his region has been promoted why hasn’t he?
I would think someone who is “management material” would have great work ethic and ideas on how to grow business instead of losing business every year.
I don’t work in his region but I heard all about him and the Huntington rep at ASM. Those 2 get special privilege. No wonder why the WV manager is laughed at so much.
One last thing JB how do you want me to “man up” when I am not a man…

Your former West Virginia “No Names” underperformed yet again. Ole Jaybird did what ole Jaybird always does, which is anything but work. Missed ASM to hunt and missed plan yet again. He probably should be in management thats the next logical step I’m sure, let him teach others how to have his success! I don’t know anyone else who has lost more business than him and still have a job. JC the WV manger put all his eggs in Jaybird and the Huntington Rep and again came up short. Maybe those two TM’s should have showed up at ASM. Favoritism at its finest. How is Kestra doing in those areas? If they can’t hit plan now…I think we can agree with Kestra, the game is over for the golden “No Names”! Own it!
 






Omg which TM is so disgruntled that you can’t STFU about JB or the WV team? I suspect I know who keeps posting bc it makes sense that you have so much time to dedicate to this while being continuously unsuccessful at the different jobs you have taken. Perhaps if you gave it a rest & devoted your time to sales, you’d do better and be less angry. Who cares what any other TM or RM does. I have been with Zoll several years and I was in Charlotte and saw you acted. So I am not surprised how you talk to us. I do consistently make my number so you’re wrong there again. I definitely feel like I know who this is and you’re not making plan with ZOLL bc you’re not with ZOLL any longer. Da $hi! on here keeps getting better and better! Please don’t stop posting this stuff! I nearly pissed my pants when you said someone at Zoll complained to HR. That’s didn’t happen, cause everyone knows HR here could care less. I’m not sure they can even spell HR! If they did I promise it’s not anyone smart!

Happy July 4th everyone! Can’t we all get along? Let’s be honest when people leave this company they want to forget the nightmare it is. No former employees care about this miserable place. I think what we should do to improve morale is have JB throw another party in Charlotte. With his new role he clearly isn’t doing much. We can all get super drunk again and watch JB try and hook up again. That was a good time…

Listen, if you’re sad that you didn’t get hit on in Charlotte, it might be time to let that go. Sounds like sour grapes to me. The more you talk incessantly about JB, the more it’s clear you have a thing for him. Don’t try to deny it.
