Who’s lied the most to you from SN as a rep or an employee? For us reps I would say the sales directors are the biggest liars. They will tell you whatever they want, true or not to keep you trapped in the SN confusion of numbers and money. Sales 101, pay the people doing the work if you wanna grow. SN has a major issue paying people, don’t know if it’s tm’s, dm’s, directors all trying to get a piece of the pie and a bonus at the end of the year, what we have now is only getting worse as they dig in their heels. If SN wanted to grow they would do things different at the actual hospital level, nope, they keep the same BS in place every year and Reps refuse to sell over it and are taking offers as I type. Smith and Nephew has lost all direction, and is scrambling like we have never seen before. Anyone think otherwise?
 








In wound, AV is bonused on how much you dont get paid. Alot have lied, AVPs have lied to themselves and others about being leaders. EXCO plays political games like high school cheerleaders.

Question-If i leave for another othro company, will they come after me with the non-compete? I am doing a lot of work like others but not getting paid nearly enough for this much work.
 
























They way Rohit tanked the wound business and his history one wouldnt be surprised if he has another income stream. Nothing he does or says makes sense if you want to to a good job.

Did they seriously outsource SN customer service jobs to India and Costa Rica? Are we in that bad of shape when we call SN we now get a call center in India? Yikes, if that’s how they thought they should save money brace yourself for more lay offs and more poor decisions until this plan fails and new leadership comes in with their idea and new buzz words. Smith and nephew going down with England I guess.

We have the highest SGA…..the sales reps are the problem
 
































I don't know if it's technically lying, but it is kind of weird when the person responsible for how much reps sell happens to be banging the same person that determines how much reps don't get paid.

Keefer isnt in it for you and his side piece doesnt care either.
