Hey Einstein, a third party company performs background checks for our company and others. Secondly just cause a company requests verification of employment does not mean you have a job with another company, you most likely will but you have not started yet obviously. So the legalities of the situation would dictate that BI take caution and not pursue. It's a conservative approach kind of like everything else at this kraut company. Read and inform yourself your opinions mean nothing to us, facts do. Oh side note, another fact when your mother told you were special, that was more in the yard special way not the I got the attendance award way. *mic drop*

Nobody making big money <driving your own car/gas etc. with Uber...If you've been a rep less than 5 years, and get laid off, then you got a story to tell the recruiter "gee, I was already looking to make a move and got laid off, wanted to use all this training I got to take it to next level"- the hiring mgr. nods head and gets it...been here 10 years, gathering signatures and have Panera app on your phone?,,then you really need a good story to come up with or really good friends to put you in next job...good luck.

HR here: we have been monitoring the negative feedback and strategies of reps to try to take advantage of the companies transition for monetary gain with dual incomes. IP addresses of posts have been recorded and those individuals have been put on a list sent to us associates for non placement.
