WTF…. Novartis is the king of reorgs. Why would anyone want to reapply and subjective themselves to this vicious cycle of reorgs. It’s in the water here and not stopping anytime soon.ZS may decide who is being laid off or not, but when reapplying for positions, company leadership has a say in that!
