Who determines who is laid off?

Obviously coming from a CV1 rep, who is scared for their own job to be retained. It's truly embarrassing.
Or a CV1 rep that realizes Leqvio is more of a strategic sell, CV1 TAS when assigned were the more strategic TAS . Likely Somone who has faced an uphill battle with Leqvio, and has overcome many obstacles only for CV2 to cause more harm than good attempting to raise their call per average by visiting the same HCPs spewing information that is not relevant or redundant

I know more than one CV1 rep who is “that rep” and their CV2 rep is actually the sales person. There is nothing magical about CV1. Some are good, some are not. Same with CV2. You’re a good example of why the cuts need to go deeper, until stupid shills figure out we’re all in the same One CV boat.

A large percentage of the CV-1 team that launched Leqvio are gone.
Working with the offices was always the easy part, it was dealing with the wretched incompetence from within that forced people out.
No bonuses, trying to bribe the reps to give away samples, abysmal launch strategies and shoddy and incorrect acquisition tools.
How many positions are open today because they stopped backfilling, and people couldn't take the mind-numbing internal fuckery any longer?
Good luck to anyone who ends up staying on after the bloodletting, because you inherit all the ride-alongs, all the scrutiny, and all the derision as Leqvio continues to circle the drain.

ZS may decide who is being laid off or not, but when reapplying for positions, company leadership has a say in that!
WTF…. Novartis is the king of reorgs. Why would anyone want to reapply and subjective themselves to this vicious cycle of reorgs. It’s in the water here and not stopping anytime soon.

As someone who has seen it all here over the past few years, the whole CV team needs to be cut by at least 50%. We're all stepping on each other everywhere trying to fake that we have enough to do.
