You all turned this post into an international event when all it was really meant to do is highlight the hypocrisy of Pfizer management, especial oncology. Reread the original post, a white oncology manager got her own daughter into the oncology division with no experience over many excellent candidates of color.

Ask yourself what the motive and intent probably was. Was it to promote her daughter or to deliberately exclude people of color? Did she grease the path for her daughter to get ahead or did she methodically develop a plan to not let a minority get ahead and did she use her own daughter as a pawn to accomplish her goal?

There is a reason that people post things like this. Mainly and mostly, it's because there is a narrative to turn us against each other. That we must hate each other based on race. It's a sloppy, pernicious and dangerous argument that has been spreading in this country for far too long. We all have jobs. Working for the "man" of a mighty "nation state" world wide drug company that cares about one thing, really. Money. Not social issues. Not your mom. Not your kids or neighbors or underserved people or rural Americans. If you have some INTEGRITY then there is no such thing as systemic racism, discrimination, lack of inclusion, etc. in all the types of situations you encounter. Think.
