This post says to leave Astellas, which is the same thing you said. Not sure you actually read the posts before you respond to them. Also, didn’t see where they said anything about white men. Sounds like you are a little bitter or something, you mentioned how the majority of you aren’t valued, but you seem okay with that, so.. do you!

Why is this a good thing ? You're an idiot. I am so sick and tired of all of these companies pretending to be diverse so it looks good in the news. They are only diverse for convenience. And based on these types of comments, no wonder your company sucks. It passes on quality candidates because a box cannot be checked. pitiful.
 






























The sales and culture here have plummeted due to the forced acceptance of D&I. If you don’t believe it, look at the latest Employee Engagement results. Senior Leadership knows this but is scared to back off the initiative.
