Why are these poster’s, so stuck on 20 Million each? It is a private agreement and percentages are decided by the Federal Government or the Judge. You will never know, but you are way off on the each part!!!
Some could have received way more and some way less! It is based on how much was contributed to the government, the private agreement and the percentages.
Focus on why it happened and how to behave in business for it never becoming a problem again.
Also, there ended up being two different lawsuits. This makes a difference on payout’s too!

It has been explained, but I will try again. First, two companies were involved. The first settlement was with RB and the second with Indivior. The Whistleblower statue has a first to file rule. This is important and that person receives the most money. This means filing a law suit. The federal government (DOJ), decides through gathering evidence, whether or not that they intervene or take the case. In this case, six people, were identified, as contributing enough evidence for the Government to intervene. Once, they do, the six people are paid out by two factors, first to file and contribution’s made to the case. The Government appreciates, the filers to form a percentage agreement to decide the percentage split. This is a confidential agreement and numbers are not allowed to be disclosed on how the percent that the DOJ agrees will be split is distributed. It is important to note that the judge can have significant input and how the complaints are written is taken into account. In this case, it was not split equally. The lawyers negotiated the split. Some of the filer’s received much larger amounts, than others. If an agreement is not reached, then the presiding judge chooses the split. A confidential agreement between the six, was reached in both cases. The amount that each received remains confidential, so unless you are one of the Whistleblower’s or their Atty’s, it remains confidential. To be clear, what and who among them are the only ones that will ever know the true split. Obviously, the greatest contributor and/or the chosen one that was first to file got the largest number. Let’s just guess that all six received substantial amounts, but the first to file and the greatest contributor to the Government’s case got the most. The “each” guess is far off the actual split, so no one will ever know the exact numbers. Sorry folks, it will forever remain confidential, the true numbers for each person. The fun if it all is that one of the individuals has never been named or guessed by the posters.

She definitely caused the great downsizing of 2019 for sure and a lot of good people lost their jobs over her and the rest that joined the crusade

You seem to keep a keen interest on this thread with backhanded insults to the employees that started this company and then had a couple people bring it down which you celebrate as a former so called employee with your fake lunches and so on. I’m amazed at your intellect with a celebration of a company that lost so much.
 






























This industry is a joke. Everyone knows it. The golden handcuffs are also your golden ball gag. They got paid. So what, there are plenty of other jobs that pay well (but they require actual work, not being a coffee and lunch bitch.
