Whistleblowers Have Been Named - DOJ

KM had a large part of Eastern Kentucky at film launch. The tall dude was added later. He took parts of three territories.
Up to her neck in wrong doing!!!
Is she still a manager?

That guy had Southeast Kentucky and was hired in 2010, I worked with him and that was prior to film launch bit what’s the big deal about all this ?

The fact he trusted people to do the right thing caused him to go to prison. If he knew how one persons mistake could change his life forever is “why” being a CEO is not all it’s cut out to be. Damn

Amen. I believe Shaun took the fall for others who were not as honest or genuine as he is. It sickens me to think he is accepting blame for something he had little to no part in. I do understand the concept of the Leader taking the hit for the team but to me, that only strengthens my belief that he acted with integrity in his role as the leader of the organization. I only wish others were as legit. Maybe I have blinders on. I don't pretend to know the full story but I do know the interactions I had with those in Senior Leadership at the org. Maybe he's taking the fall not because he orchestrated it, but more because of questions around what he knew and when he knew it? It's really difficult for me to digest that he is solely culpable for what went down.

He lacked counsel and had incompetent employees who knew Pharma better than him. The shit that happened in Massachusetts was the nail in the coffin. I never worked for Shaun but have know him for many many years . 20 years ago his vision was to help Opioid patient. Your company has been used, copied and taken full advantage of by people who saw the opportunity. the brains behind this success is sadly paying the price

I am dumb founded this thread is still an issue. I left some time ago. The government and attorneys have done their due diligence.i was not a recipient in any way for some cash. If helping patients is your goal move on. Money from a settlement will not make your life better. In fact those who may have been awarded have to live with their choices. In my view their lives probably suck.

life is good for them I’m totally sure
They all got filthy rich for speaking up and many are jealous
They were smart enough to know right from wrong and got paid
They could retire but work in real disease not a fake made up one to fuel an epidemic

WINNER WINNER CHICKEN DINNER
