Maps in eh as of yesterday. They now apply biz rules and figure out timing. Hate to guess but some companies like to make a clean break at end of quarter in your case trimester so that would be end of feb but if they go fiscal it would be end of jan. i am just guessing on that since its a lockdown on that info.

The management is being called in today to be notified of who they are chopping. Layoff begins tomorrow.

Year ends are not necessary, they already have ratings and decisions made.

Year End Reviews must be completed by Jan 31st. Then the appeals process is open until Feb 15th. Then final ratings are locked in and business rules can be applied. So nothing will happen until the end of Feb at the earliest.
