That “Diversity” word really burns me up. Corporations should hire the Best applicant for the job. So what if they happen to be White the majority of the time! It shouldn’t be a crime to be White!!

They need to push all mirror territories to solo territories. We don't need this many reps.

Totally agree. This has been the case since the beginning (of the over hire). No more than 100 reps would've been about right over the years.
Many of the mirror territories had an older rep and the amarin plan seemed to be, based on consistent abuse toward the older reps by managers in collusion with the younger mirror partners, that amarin would (and did, in many cases) force the older rep out. Maybe this has been the overall company plan with the minority hires here?
In any case, amarin needs far fewer reps...no matter the qualifications or background, Especially in the U.S.. It will be interesting to see how it all shakes out.
