Divay will lead the way!! We shall now be the envy of the Pharma industry with such greatness steering the ship. It is very uplifting to know we are in such capable hands, all my concerns are now gone. My frown was turned upside down and I have great happiness in my heart and my soul. This has opened me up to such emotions almost like when reading a Sunology.

Just by looking at the changes in those divisions the past few years, you can see there’s no clear strategy, or org structure.
How many different sales leaders in the past few 3 years ... at least 5.

Plan is being worked on now in case FYQ1 numbers are low. Then, they’ll implement, further combining HO functions and by not backfilling vacant territories but by expanding territories to cover key accounts.

To handle the current Ilumya demand, SUN could cover all key accounts with one TM on a moped (but still keep a few RSMs around to beat up in meetings just for sport). Also, what does "in case" numbers are low mean? When targets go up, but filled orders are not being pulled through, then just what kind of expectation should all of us have? You can bet the house or farm that Ilumya numbers will be low. Sad when we have to count on Taro fools to bank the company.
