This can still be saved. We need a managerial shake up quickly to do so. Clueless has-beens are not going to get it done. I have never seen a more clueless bunch of “leaders”. These are not bad people. They just operate in the distant past and the markets have moved well past them. Time to make some big moves and get on track.

A year went by with Tildra management in Margaritaville. Fat and lazy now, hard to pick it up after making believe you are working for a full year and picking up free cash. Proof of talent is in the results. Start your engines now or miss the cut---real soon!

Totally agree.
But it pretty much looks like one or two things in play here.
A. Sun can’t get anything better than what we have in leadership
B. Indians just don’t get the US market.
