WHC RBMs running away from Women’s Health

How much does all the turnover in management and CSSs cost the company? Do you really think you made the right decision when you placed LH and/or AP in their roles? LF is probably in that group too. When over 50% of your managers have left you definitely know you have a problem with the culture which is a direct reflection of the people leading them!

Turnover costs an organization a lot of money. Money is lost losing the tenure of the person and the relationships that they have. Money is lost having a vacant territory. Money is lost training the new person. Money is lost with the sign on bonus or other buyout that it might take to get the new person here. If a relocation is involved it is even more. I know a money saving solution...we need to get rid of one or two people at the top to change the culture immediately. The good people are leaving day by day.

You all are funny! Don’t you realize that this is the strategic plan. The business model for a product becoming a commodity is simple- let reps leave, open territories cost less money when the territories aren’t growing- you give yourself too much credit if you think you are “selling” a 20 year old, fully established brand.

Read a market cycle book- it’s time that Bayer let’s all the tenured reps leave by micromanaging and less commission- much cheaper than severance packages! Once enough reps and managers leave, they’ll offer a severance to those that couldn’t find another job and then wholesale the product to a distributor. It’s funny that reps are still complaining about leadership when leadership is following the declining product market plan and executing flawlessly! LW will get a raise before she gets a pink slip

The only reason the product is slightly declining is due to poor decisions by leadership and lack of quality marketing. Put strong leadership in place, like I think Sebastian is doing, and this product will flourish. Stelzmillers decisions for price increases when we were losing business over price was the dumbest thingsI have ever seen. This division can thrive again if they WANT it to.

Thrive? Managers aren’t making the product decline. Liletta is & will continue to do so when it is approved for 6 years, then 7 years. I love that you think your sales force makes much of an impact in the decision to use a 52mg IUD. It’s either the providers comfort level with an established 19 year old product or it’s the purchasing decision made by purchasing cost.

:p

Dear Lisa, Lesa, Libby, Adam and Lisa,

You can’t ask for honest and candid feedback and expect you will get it when you have done nothing to build trust. Your well planned and choreographed culture feedback exercise is another example that you just don’t get it. No one trusts you. All the feedback will be filtered through the ABDs and diluted. And those who speak up will put a target on their back. That is the culture you have built.

Sincerely,
Smh

The culture of WHC is that the people closes to being able to see the Lisa, Lesa, Lisa and the other two useless ABDs are the RBMs.

And the RBMs are running away from WHC like they’ve seen a plague. By my count there have been 7-8 RBMs leave (either internally or externally) in the last 4 months. Most have said the right things when they leave but WHC is a broken business with very broken Sr. Ldshp

Think about that...all those folks close to the culture.

its very simple, ZERO pipeline (vilaprisan is not even enrolling patient anymore and best case scenario is 2023 launch even if they open enrollment today)
Also, big picture is insurance will start listing Liletta as “preferred” when it gets 6 year approval in a couple months. What that means is unless the patient has HMB, Mirena will be a cost share.
What manager wants to lead a team that will be losing business, losing commission and INCREASING micro management and Hubble tracking. If you are not looking for another job, you’ll be left shoveling the shit and cleaning up after the party

and quit hiring managers with a primary care mentality. If you don't understand the basics of a buy and bill product (LW) you should not be in any leadership position.
Correct I had an interview 3 weeks ago have not heard anything back buy and bill is a sale process with important pull through how can your managers believe in a primary care way of selling. Crazy that’s 2 minutes detailing and counting calls quantity vs quality in my 10 years buy and bill 4 calls max a day 7 major awards for me speaks volumes hope I get to join!
