yes, but at least this time there was communication to everyone about what happened. The sales team had knowledge when this happened and should have personally contacted each client to let them know the situation

What a complete failure this was today. Only management would have the unmitigated gall to congratulate themselves after not having enough foresight to make sure our computer systems operate in case of power failure. Splendid job by the executive committee one and all.

He doesn't care about employee morale, or the fact that this behavior puts the patients that he's supposed to be helping at risk. It's as if he thinks health care is some joke.

Non-exempt employees are screwed unfortunately. However, if you are exempt, make sure your next paycheck is in full.
