What's Up With This Company?

I know 2 of the new managers and they could not pay me enough to work for them. Based on them hiring these 2, I have made my decision not to pursue Savient any longer....it shows me that they did not research their backgrounds very well.

Curious though: what on earth do the RBD's do in all this downtime.
No one to interview.
No product to sell.
do what all day..all week..?
seems to add up to a long, well-paid vacation.
