What we really need is a managed care person who knows what they are doing in Madison and Milwaukee. That would be a good start.

If managed care is the problem why are territory reps being PIP'd/Fired?

It could not be at all because of the horrendous regional manager Lynn Sullivan and her best buddy Michelle Blau. They both would give the wicked witch of the west a run for her money! So glad to be out of Novo! What a joke of a company.

How in the world was Lynn promoted? What a joke. She's a horrible leader.

If you PIP out your reps, the DBM buys themselves time. It takes time to fill the position, oh, and aren't we on a hiring pause?. Then it takes more time to train the reps. Then it takes more time to get the territory up and running.

This should buy a DM at least 6 months to a year of being able to justify bad numbers as not their fault.
