If you have experience, why are you coming here? This is where you get the experience before going to a real oncology job where it doesn’t take 5 ass clowns to do the job of one rep.

Sitting here and bored to hell. My misery begins when the talking heads begin. Out with several deadheads after arrival and they call this abomination a sales force!

Suffering from a large volume of local hooch however the misery is well worth the pain. These useless uninspiring meetings just waste my time and the less time spent in interactions with these losers the better. Can't wait for the boxed lunch. Plan of hitting the nightclub district tonight!

If your lack of interaction is at a predetermined number you will be terminated. Reductions will be in the 60% range.

BS. Not going to happen. So stupid,though, that it will probably be tried.
Same accountability should be applied to the entire company, top to bottom.

Sweetheart you are in for a eye opening experience. The initiative is in place and everyone will be impacted. Also, don't worry about the entire company just worry about yourself.
 






We are being tracked other ways. Mother Merck is sending a questionnaire to oncologists we place a call on to see how the experience was and check on message retention. There are going to be a lot of “Havent seen a rep in years” responses.

Some of my accounts let me know this is going on as well. My manager simply said it is nothing to worry about. Marketing is just checking on message retention and what is impactful. The targets are supposedly chosen at random, but I’m not so sure. Tired of these childish games.

I have just noticed these texts this morning. I am in UG, I won't name the department, but the information is being collected as one of the confirmed data points for job actions. There is definitely going to be reductions in Oncology and soon.
