Titan looks like its going the route OF A Private Equity Buyout. I highly recommend all share holders to consider this ahead of them being bought out for a song and re listing down the road with all the management team and the Private equity firm profiting while the existing shareholders hold the bag.

If titan were to release sport and it did not sell then the analysts can assign a poor valuation to this company. The worst thing any startup company can have is a concrete valuation unless they know for a fact it is a home run out of the gate. As long as they do not sell anything their valuation can be whatever anyone is willing to pay and whatever they are willing to accept.

As the new board member with Titan.
They are redesigning the robot to include, uro, GYN, general surgery, and some
Cardiac specialties. This robot will take market share from ISI,
Either way TITXF is a good investment.
