What's the biggest lesson you have learned from working @ BMS?

have learned that my hatred of these blow hard “leaders” and this faux culture has exceeded my desire to actually do my job so I now fake my calls like everyone else and nod like a drone at POAs. Another lesson is how universally boundless the dislike is for Meg and her tar-clogged lungs. She struts around like Buffalo Bill from Silence of The Lambs at every meeting. In her own world of make believe competance. Who else in this industry besides Lurch & Boner can brag on failing so much?

Good Lord, this is so on the mark it’s tragic. She is as awful on the inside as she looks on the outside. Terrible person with zero regard for anyone and all the business terms or the moment she drops only reveals that she’s fairly incompetent.

I’m picking up what you're putting down…She’s awful and her nicotine breath is the only thing more repulsive than her

I have learned that social media, too much exposure, change when all is ok, constant updates to whatever is already working, creating fake stories about others, exacerbating mildly negative situations, fearful managers, stay in the limelight or perish requirement, forcing people to do something outside of work for promotion or survival, lack of direction and purpose in hiring and laying off, newly hired insecure weak leaders getting rid of good people is all ruining people’s lives, mental and physical health.

I have to agree here. The hiring of TS has driven Medical to a worse place with talents voluntarily exiting or long timers laid off. This company is setting a bad example for the entire industry by having Commercial leadership run Medical. How they get away with it with Compliance and Legal we don’t know.
Compliance and Legal leaders at BMS are just glorified cheerleaders for Boerner. HR even worse. Boerner and Lurch have learned to surround themselves with cheerleaders who just rubber stamp anything to secure their next promotion. Compliance is just another business support function. The whole thing is a sad sick joke.

Everyone is exhausted and miserable but the money is good, for now. Keep collecting those checks and do the bare minimum. You don’t owe this company and the unbelievably poor middle managers anything.

I work in the manufacturing operations, and the lesson I learned: Do what you are asked to do. Don't do what you think is right. Continuous improvement is continuing politics. Be cautious of that.

The lesson I learned while working at BMS is that I no longer needed to take fiber gummies to move my stool.

I found that within the first hour of arriving at PPK I would release the Kraken on the Green side of the building without any challenges. Stool came easy to release at PPK since I needed to fill the pipeline.
