It has been one fucking year.
Please put this horse out of its misery.
Please put this horse out of its misery.
This deal will be done by the letter of the law....and thats whats taking so long. Trying to dump some product lines, maybe none wants??? Its taking a toll on everyone, I'm surprised there haven't been more defections. In the end, we will look back and say it was difficult but worth it. Thats not to say that some folks will have a life changing loss of job, reassignment, move, etc. in their future...Stay positive and focused.
you clowns are kidding yourselves. This merger has already taken too long and has damaged both businesses. Stay positive and focused?? Focused on what?? Maybe if there was better communication to the field as to what is going on people could get focused.
This is a massive disaster out in the field and our competition is benefiting.
Does Zimmer management have any idea how difficult this is for the people in the field and their families??
I'm the deal is complicated but they need to improve the communication to the people that are actually still bringing in the money!!!
Well, it's interesting to read all the speculative posts as it is clear that many of the posters have never been through a merger or acquisition.
First, the law must be followed. Period.
Second, the field folks are never consulted or effectively communicated with.
Third, some people whom should stay will go. Some whom should go will stay.
Fourth, the rich will get richer
Fifth, those who complain and worry the most should re-read #3
Folks, no matter what you say or do, you have ZERO control over what is happening and when. ZERO. So, quit whining and either live with it or move on. No wonder the competition is winning...they are competing against a bunch of spoon fed babies.
What's the story with the PA area markets?
Who's gonna be in control?
Direct or not direct?
Larry Seibs is returning
Back to the point of this thread.
What is taking so long and when will it all end?
Are they waiting to see just how much business they can lose?
