I disagree when you tell senior management the actual issues we face they view it as excuses. CK is no dummy she knows what happened to PM when he had the courage to point out the obvious. He never recovered and he was left alone on an island. We are all telling them what they want to hear and interviewing with other organizations.

Probably correct slap nuts. The whole idea is weak leadership. Good leaders make unpopular decisions, not take the easy PC way out of things. It's never good to play make believe in this job because nothing will ever change or get done.

Today on regional t/c carolyn k listed the areas we're being challenged on with praluent. Amgen beating us out for better access, lower cost, more reps, more lunch money, etc. At the end of the call she says "we are on equal footing with Amgen so lets finish the year strong."

Huh?

We have "leaders" who have no clue what its like in the field. When you have this disconnect, the company tends to not understand issues hindering business. Then they wonder why we don't perform better. Pressure, pressure, pressure.

A great example of someone being promoted to a high position based on EEO gender requirements. There's no way you get to this level and hear the things we hear at meetings and teleconferences. Sorry CK

Please leave the company and leave your sign on bonus with check made out to Regeneron. You certainly didn't earn it . It's called stealing !!! Get off your high horse. I for one know Sanofi hasnt been totally worthless . In our district they had good relationships and most of us hired had no cardio experience. Yes there's some worthless Sanofi reps and Sanofi as a company blows but Len and his crowd totally underestimated Amgens ability to outsmart both companies. Actually we got paid pretty good to come to Regeneron with salary,sign on bonus , stock options and we did get a few really good bonus checks. 2017-2018 bonus wasnt good and the beatings started.

With more and more Amgen and other big pharma "leaders" coming onboard, we are gradually moving to nothing more than a big pharma company. Can't get away from it.

We seem to like hiring the women. Those who come across as highly confident with no competence. I dont mind hiring women if they are qualified. We dont get that here. Oh yeah, and you better not let that idea out of the bag either misfits!

Basically the place is getting more toxic with each additional new person coming on. If you're on the praluent side, good luck. That drug is a nightmare to try to sell.

In sales for the most part you’re left alone so it’s a pretty easy job but if you’re looking to grow, be promoted or to be a part of something this really isn’t the place
