What's it like at RB? Considering a position..

You CLs should stop complaining - many and I mean many people in the company - upon whose backs you met your goals - were denied ANY bonus.

And thus the CL's should now be punished? One has nothing to do with the other, bonus wise. The Gov't and MC folks deserved bonus and I don't know what they received. Two wrongs don't make a right!

So what is the pharma division in Parsippany NJ looking like? I read an article that says the CEO does not view pharma division as one of the "CORE aREAS" of the company.
Seems like he does not care about pharmaceuticals at all only household goods.
Does anyone know the insights on this? Did the generic come out yet? Will he sell the pharma portion?

I am not sure if Pharma is still not considered part of the "core" of RB. I remember that article. However, RB Pharma contributes a significant amount of revenue to RB's overall bottom line. The big guys know this. What remains to be seen is how much $$ is lost in the US market when a generic is introduced. Right now the Citizen's Petition is holding them off, but it's only a matter of time. That said, Suboxone has exclusivity in other parts of the world, but every country has different laws regarding opioid dependence treatment, which complicates matters. So that revenue is "hit or miss" right now, depending on the country.

Been here for a year and love it. Best company I have worked for. Culture is different from most pharma but in a good way. Pipeline was discussed at POA and made me feel my position is secure. It is a product I am proud to represent. Are there better paying jobs? Maybe - but I think compensation is better than average. I think it depends on the manager you would work for. Some here are great - others micromanage - not because it is company policy but because they can. Pharma division continues to grow and everyone keeps saying generics are coming but over two years off patent and no generic.

Nothing like typical pharmaceutical companies. Best company to work for, you feel like you are making a difference for people. This is the most rewarding position Ive held in the industry. People need to back off by posting negativity on CP or leave.

Yes, the work itself is great, valuable and important for pts. AND bottom line - It is not worth the risk. RB sells off label in pain like there is no tomorrow.
Our area recently had a conf. call on how to sell in pain, so it is not subtle.
CL's who choose not to sell off label are treated like second class.
CL's communicate with docs by personal email and personal cell phone to try to hide the activity.
My co-worker uses a pain TA who uses his own slides and sells the film for use in pain. He also talks dosing 64 mg. The co. loves her.
I just think it is not worth having to deal with that.
Read CP closely and you will see the picture.

Please let me know if the Administrative Assistants in Parsippany are professional or backstabbing. I'd like to try working there on a temporary basis first.
What agency do you use?

Thanks a lot

Every nasty , mean , ruthless posting on this website is from an ex employee or someone who is so unhappy they need to bash others. Its disgusting and sad how unhappy people can be. This is by far one of the better companies that I have worked for and it sickens me to see how these lonely outliers go so LOW!

I like this company and everything said today about taking tests for doctors, etc is true. This is a game to some people, and a career to others, and the game players need to called out.

I am the senior CL in my geography. Recently I have been contacted by doctors in the adjoining geography asking what is our indication and do I have copies of research studies using high doses. Come to find out, my coworker had an off label dinner program and sold in pain...TA used their own slides, etc. The room was full...
