Wow. Bringing the inside patient sales (case manager nurses) out into the daylight. Peek behind the green curtain.
Yes and No. I have been with company since initial launch of first indication when we had less than 20 reps 2MSLs 1 National Acct Mrg and 5 in house nurses. I can't remember if DH joined us right before or right after launch. But it was close to launch so he was still at Amgen during the "start up" heavy lifting. he had been brilliant for whole first launch. Give you that. Merciless slick showman slave master but made us a bundle.
But of course he was selling lightening in a bottle. We had liquid gold: Only treatment for a deadly disease that you have to take IV every other week for rest of life. And we control manufacturing & distribution (shipping as well as only allowing one dose at time to ship so our "nurses" can track all missed doses and hound patients back to MD office = compliance = keep selling. ) Now there is the real success of the first launch. We know where every vial is. If the patient misses an appointment we call and " educate them " back on schedule. And oh by the way since we are only show in town we charge half a mill a year for treatment. But most showmen can manage a success
Second indication is a dud. As said repeatedly here. Half of starts stop.
Even he can't make a silk purse out of a cow's ear
Who knows where the pipeline is. We ask. ....crickets
Founding Fathers are all gone (LB SS)
Since we have grown. Since second indication He has done nothing in US
Global is another story. That is what keeps him where he is. US is hurting
Show me US growth since second launch .....yep. those crickets again....
It is definitely a "what have you done for me lately world". Hold on to your hats (but not your stock). When he has to fess up to Wall Street this week that PNH is slowing down, the stock could tank quickly. ANY shortfall by biotech is being punished severely (just look at Biogen) after their Q2 results. Better hope the PNH story he tells wall street is better than the PNH story all the sales reps are seeing on the ground
Insightful! If what I am seeing with PNH is happening across the board, and IF PNH is the main focus of the analysts on the upcoming Earnings Call, DH will be tap dancing like Hillary is with her latest round of scandals. Hard to tell from my level if either of them is right or wrong but ALXN could see a real "head for the hills" exit by the shareholders. What's a gal to do?????
Yes, you are a moron. The sales are still growing and we didn't see that major stock drop that you were predicting. Any other bright forecasts, Nostradamus?Your are right. Earning were awesome and the stock is really reflecting it! Moron
You left out one word on your elegant reply. That word is YET. ALXN is now entering it's mature stock phase. Check out the history of AMGN, GILD, BIIB,. They now trade at more reasonable multiples ~ 16, 10, 20. ALXN is still out there at a valuation of about 40-45X earnings. Without MAJOR upside growth, the stock is going nowhere (except possibly down). As an employee I know you are rooting for 250 as the share price; I've been there. But the chances are dwindling for this to happen. Check out the valuations above before you send your next reply. Sorry I called you a Moron. That wasn't nice
So out of touch with US market now. Left MO and JM at home to mind the store front. Nothing but " stops" since. Lost the chemistry that lit the Fire.
