Whats going on with Neuro BPS team?

I am out of here ASAP. The problem is try explaining what we do to a recruiter or prospective employer. The longer we stay here the less marketable we will be as a true reimbursement specialist managed markets specialist. This smoke and mirrors BS is not what I signed up for.

Also would someone please tell JW that when a FA works it's great but it's only working a small percentage of the time they think it does. Not 10-20 times a trimester. End result of having # FA as a MBO is pushing this into customers and annoying everyone while getting no job satisfaction.

To be honest, I might start looking at sales jobs just to get out of here. Anything is better than this.

This job is terrible, I've never been so dissatisfied with a job. Nothing I do matters unless it's a flow assessment. Why even bother trying to help our customers and sales reps.

I hate BSM consulting. They've ruined a once enjoyable job.

Guess what, the BPS role IS a sales job. RBM to BPS is a demotion.

The best part is that the people that were previous NPS' look down on the "legacy" RBM's. What a joke! The RBM job went much deeper into these accounts and actually helped them!

The legacy NPS team is full of BS. They flew around and wrote a lot of fiction over email. Talk to these people about reimbursement, you'll be amazed how little they actually know. The whole thing is a farce.

At what point do they consider getting rid of BSM consulting and bringing the focus back to reimbursement?

2/3 of 2014 rbm award winners are gone. great people who left by choice for opportunities that are just better - more money, more stability, job description clarity, did I mention stock options, escape the poor leadership etc

watch as more legacy nps start to leave. Everyone is looking and the reason more rbms than nps have left is because nps don't have the reimbursement experience so they are having a harder time getting the RBM jobs they're interviewing for.

"job description clarity" thats funny I still don't get this job or the value of flow assessments with such a reimbursement heavy product . . . This division is such a cluster and what's the plan for our national meeting coming up . . . color energies?! . . . . wow

There are not a ton of good RBM jobs with good companies. Some of the jobs get filled internally and a lot of RBM jobs are with start ups. . . .that said I find it interesting the few solid companies that have expanded their RBM teams this year have poached Allergan BPSs

Total shame what they've done with the team. I was in house when the Reimbursement vs. Practice Consultant discussions were going on. Came down to the fact that JW was able to tell a better ROI story for her team because they were allowed to be measured on sales. TM couldn't quantify the impact of the RBM team as easily due to compliance constraints. Higher ROI won. End of story. Leadership needed to see the bigger picture.

This post would have been insightful 8-10 months ago. Not exactly breaking news boss.

LOL!!! No Shit....

I guess thats why we are being pushed to quantify the impact on the amount of increased patients seen after a FA . . . .Judy knows what she's doing thats for sure too bad its a house of cards and every request I get from a sales person is "REIMBURSEMENT" and EVERY call I get from a customer is "REIMBURSEMENT" . . .. How about senior management quantifies that instead arbitrary sales data and success stories?!

As long as JW is running the BPS team, the worse this place becomes. It all goes in circles, rep needs reimbursement support, nps does a flow assessment, reimbursement issues are not solved, office pissed off, BPS gets frustrated, rep gets frustrated, morale drops even lower, accounts fail, rep leaves, BPS leaves, unqualified rep gets promoted to BPS, all comes back around and repeats.

So now there is no one in Boston, and two more left this month in Jersey? This team just keeps getting smaller and smaller

And one in the midwest . . . .I don't think anyone cares that much at this point as it looks like Pfizer will buy us . . . at that point who knows what will happen, but if anybody honestly assessed the situation from the outside Judy would have lots of explaining to do and BSM would kicked to the curb.

I gave my BPS a shot in 2 of my accounts. When it became clear that in reality, she could do nothing Above what I as a rep could do in an account- that was the End of the need for her services. I gave up valuable selling time to listen to her talk bs to my offices Repeatedly-then still months later have nothing of value for these accounts. Good companies make mistakes but great companies fix them.
