True story the average rep at this company goes on more interviews than logs detail and sample calls. Actually, I now log my interviews as detail only with signature I ask the nice pharma manager can you please wiggle your finger on my iPad please.
 






























Ha ha, best comment above yet! True, everything above...micromanaging starts at the top. It’s crazy that SP knows every minute detail about every territory. Heard a lot about the West Mgr though and none of it good. Happy for those reps that got out of there. She decimated an entire region.
