For a group supposed to be managing good conduct with suppliers this is a joke.

The LT is definitely getting fat they all look like they gained 15kg, unfit for business unfit for leadership, generally fat slow useless - how can unhealthy people talk about agility and being fast - lol
 






The "new" procurement is a disaster. Nothing is better than the old for me and actually some areas were better before. My procurement support person is under all kinds of weird pressure from her management bureaucracy and now it is impacting me, and I don't like it.

Mind you, I say the same about the new HR and the new IT.


Nothings changed in 6 years - now we stuff a new LT and their friends pockets with huge salaries for moving the LEGO around - when will Roche bring in an Experienced Procurement Leader ??

HR? I call the one in the US “Chuckles the Clown” because when she gets nervous she nervously chuckles - yes, including during meetings where layoffs were announced. Terrible
