What will Phil phocus on next? Make sure sales does billing, insurance pa, customer support, fiix all f ed up cases. We should be selling and driving the sample to lab too, Why not you useless mf’er! …don’t disagree but the bigger issue might be that they’re also absolutely unqualified for their jobs with no leadership or much sales experience outside of Natera. That’s goes for most of elt. Because they’ve been lucky they think they’re experts.

You mean false positives and getting unneeded chemotherapy is a problem? Just have the msl team of village idiots call and talk to them. It will be fine just ask the oh so ethical elt. No training skill or job experience are leading qualifications for all msl and vps roles at Natera.
