Greed destroyed the space for everyone who is ethical. Paying the price for shady practices by people who should have never been given power. Irresponsible. Thanks to them we all took a hit… it’s not that hard to conduct a business especially one serving PATIENTS without nickle and diming payers / people to make more $$. Take accountability for once.

Is this with just the WH div with the billing or does onc or OH do bundle too?
 



What will Phil phocus on next? Make sure sales does billing, insurance pa, customer support, fiix all f ed up cases. We should be selling and driving the sample to lab too, Why not you useless mf’er! Make sure you continue to hound everyone about least profitable products. You must have real good math skills from all the booze and blow dollars you gotta count.
 












Phil’s biggest blind spot is that he is a pushover. Sure he is an ass to the field and lacks ability to listen and take feedback. But when it comes to Steve… Phildo folds faster than an old law chair when Sean Vinson sits on it.

Phil solves problems. Period. Steve creates problems due to his inability to hold his “friends” accountable. Steve is blinded by personal relationships vs separating relationships and holding people to a high standard. Prove me wrong.

…don’t disagree but the bigger issue might be that they’re also absolutely unqualified for their jobs with no leadership or much sales experience outside of Natera. That’s goes for most of elt. Because they’ve been lucky they think they’re experts.
 



Self proclaimed “experts” .. means zip in the real world let alone any other company in the space. Listen more than you talk. Isn’t that sales 101? Do they not teach that in school or enterprise? Constructive feedback makes you better in case this wasn’t clear.

Soloman is best example of FOS bromotion. An intern before Natera and now the gm of oncology. The only hope the company has long term is in onc products and it’s resting on someone with zero market understanding, experience or connections. This is why the growth over scaled operations and nothing has improved. Why the opps people can lie more than napping dogs and he doesn’t see it. Arrogant man child Steve promotes his bestie. Take a look at the lab dir and dept head resumes. You’ll laugh at their qualifications for the job. Good luck defending those lawsuits over tih and Austin fellas.

You mean false positives and getting unneeded chemotherapy is a problem? Just have the msl team of village idiots call and talk to them. It will be fine just ask the oh so ethical elt. No training skill or job experience are leading qualifications for all msl and vps roles at Natera.

There would be no disgruntled employees if the board got rid of the garbage at the top. Then the lab would be functioning and we’d know how to bill so commissions wouldn’t be cut every quarter.
