She was definitely fired from previous companies, I found out through mutual professional contacts that use to work with her. We like to hire cast-offs and rejects, this is a perfect example. Has anyone complained about her or is that just a waste of time? I have to deal with her and it is very difficult getting her to give a clear and concise regulatory view. I often times go to her boss (who is leaving soon) or to others outside I know for an opinion/advice. What a mess.

Management talks big for a company that only manages old, sorry products. Imagine this crew at a real company, no wonder they have hired a jerk in R&D, the whole company is full of jerks from the top down.

They will never man up and admit the hire was a bad one, she'll be here for the duration creating issues and driving everyone nuts. She'll never leave, what other company would entertain hiring her, especially at the VP level.

Yes MA has been fired from past employers. Anyone who knows her directly, has previously worked with her, or knows anyone that has worked with her can verify this. Steve, this is who YOU PROMOTED. THANKS very much, love working with her. It's always fun to sit back and watch the antics of someone drowning in their own lies. Unfortunately besides the antics, this has created a tremendous amount of work for all of us business partners. We are getting wrong and often times, incomplete advise. And btw, if you get rid of her, she LOVES to engage legal counsel for a wrongful dismissal lawsuit.

The same shit that is happening in every area of the company. A major move, getting rid of individuals that knew the business and hiring others that may not be the best fit but can 'fill' the role for now. This R&D person sounds like she was selected as a quick fix without thought as to her fit or ability to do the job. I know Steve, I've worked directly with him, he will figure it out and quietly take care of the mess.
