What % will get a 1

what would happen if two reps have the following ratings?

2/2, 2/2, 2/2 for person A
3/2, 2/1, 2/3 for person B

if you add up the numbers person B is higher, but has the only 1 between the two people.
 












don't be a douche. people have serious questions and would like to use this forum to discuss certain situations, rumors, etc. everyone is not going to be gone. about 60% will be gone which leaves 40% that will still be here so quit being a jerkoff.
 












are you sure about that or is that just your opinion? i heard last restructure they took your last 2 years ratings and just added up the numbers and ranked them. is this true or is everyone with a 1 automatically displaced? i heard of people with 1's making through the last restructure so i tend to think it is not automatic.

No one really knows so I wouldn't believe anything anyone puts on here about who stays and who goes.

Just think about it .... an outside company comes in and sets the rules. That alone should tell you enough.
I think if you have a 1 your chances of staying are less but I have seen people with 1's not displaced.

It doesnt matter anymore. Don't you people see what is going on. Its all economics and thats it. Do you really think there is a difference between 1s,2s,3s in this industry. NO. There were many better and smarter reps that got 1s because they were in a shitty territory with no formulary or their goals were not reachable and unfairly judged against someone who did not have any real goals and great formulary to begin with. Also, they were not wearing a tight skirt with big boobs and blowin the manager the right way. Lets face it if you are a woman your chances of staying are greater than a guys due to the lawsuit issue. They are going to look at everything from salary, how far you are from your territory, to you attitude and behavior. Oh, they will cut again in the fall or next year because this thing is not over. If you do make it be prepare to go through this shit again. IT WILL HAPPEN.
