What is Vision Care like to work for?

Look the place is a total failure. Worst leadership probably in any company anywhere. People with any sense and ability ain't going there or staying there. Unless you are a fatso mngr

1. It is incredible how many fat people there are here.
2. My manager is always on vacation, so is the rest of my team, lol.
3. PM sucks energy out of the room

THis place is crazy disorganized. Management is so afraid of making the wrong decision, that no decisions get made at all. It's incredible. we will remain 4th with this mentality.

I'm getting 10k more on base over at Sun. my manger had me fooled to think BL was paying top dollar. Good Riddance! I'll finish home training before sending in my 2 weeks, lol.

Before the acquisition, we were a family owned business. Maybe, not as efficient as some other big companies, but a great place to work and felt secured. After the acquisition, it's been horrible. Valeant destroyed our culture, confidence and cleared out senior management. While it's probably a little more profitable now, they could've avoided using a hacksaw on everything, which from my understanding, is their M.O. Heard they destroyed Medicis in Arizona in a worst way, and kept that Philidor guy.

Valeant has destroyed every acquisition- Salix too. RUN!!
