Heard that Florida was combined with another division. What does that mean for service and for the employees?
Central South & Florida merged. Service will be streamlined, extra fat will be removed.
which divisions are you speaking about?[/
This is not unique to Florida and the South Central. The Southwest and Rockies merged as well.
OK, you are talking in code that essentially means a number of experienced people will lose their jobs and service to the customer will be compromised further. Once again LabCorp will be dependent on business dictated by contracts instead of the quality of the service.
This South Central and Florida division merger has been a joke. Ok, you are losing your job, but we have open positions for you to apply for, oh, but we don't know what those open positions are.
So far everything in done in the south central was wrong, everything in florida is right, even though we were a better division in the south central. RM lab guy from florida is a joke, got his nose so far up VB's butt its pitiful. RM is ruining our lab. DR knows nothing about accessioning, but she is our leader LOL. JW the hr lady cant answer a question because she talks all the time. Well I guess thats what happens in a merger, good people are lost just because some people are kissing VB's butt, and thats the way he likes it.
Well on to other things, 20 years down the tubes
