kiss asses who step on good people to try and make themselves look better have been the core of pharma sales since pharma sales began. If you don't like it then you should never have gotten into pharma sales. pharma reps aren't known to be very bright so I won't hold it against you.
 




Unfortunatly it is true that pharma reps are not very bright, and they are lazy, that is why most of us got into the indiustry, but what does that make all of management???? After all they did move up the ranks from being a rep, so that would deduce that managers are also dumb like a box of rocks- that is why no one in mgt gets any respect and only gets laughed at becuase they think they are brilliant. Let's face it the only thing you need to be a DM is a pulse and ability to kiss ass like no other.
