there is more mngt than employees, if you are stuck with a bad dm then you'll be asked about sex etc breaking every hr rule but no actions ever taken. need a paychk take it if not run fast to get away from the burning ship. its short lived even in new press releases it mentions sales down will lead to more job cuts.

What difference does it make. It's a dumb question. If you need a job to pay the bills and Aysi is your only option, then take the job. If you have any option other than aysi, and I mean any option like Burger King, McDonals, etc, then go with any option other than aysi.

Eisai management is very professional and rep centered. They value their reps and treat them with respect. They management by democracy and are fair.
